I make this fabulous oatmeal three times a week for breakfast,I am not hungry all morning!
1/2 cup regular oatmeal
one cup water
One teaspoon of honey
two tablespoons dried cranberrys
One tablespoon sunflower seeds
One tablespoon any variety of granola
1/4 cup yogurt
Put the oatmeal in a safe microwave bowl, cook for 2 minutes, take out and stir in the honey.
Then put the cranberry's in and stir.Then the sunflower seeds.then put your yogurt in the middle,then your granola on top..There you have a yummy breakfast:)
