Marshmallow Chocolate Granola Treats

These marshmallow treats are to die for,Granola and chocolate is what makes these treats..
So easy your kids can help

12 marshmallows
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup granola (any flavor)

take the chocolate chips put them in a microwave safe bowl.add the Almond milk.put it in the  microwave for 2 minutes.Take it out and stir..If it still looks lumpy.put it back in for another half minute. once that is done set aside, to cool about 5 minute
take a plate, put your coconut flakes and granola on it and mix together..Then take a marshmallow dip in the chocolate and then dip it in the granola mix..Put on a plate and in the fridge for 10 minutes.
after you have a yummy treat for the kids.

fancy oatmeal

I make this fabulous oatmeal three times a week for breakfast,I am not hungry all morning!

1/2 cup regular oatmeal
one cup water
One teaspoon of honey
two tablespoons dried cranberrys
One tablespoon sunflower seeds
One tablespoon any variety of granola
1/4 cup yogurt

Put the oatmeal in a safe microwave bowl, cook for 2 minutes, take out and stir in the honey.
Then put the cranberry's in and stir.Then the sunflower seeds.then put your yogurt in the middle,then your granola on top..There you have a yummy breakfast:)

Chritmas cranberry dip

I had this dip at my girlfriends Xmas party,I love it..I knew I had to make it for my Christmas eve party..I have everything all ready so I did not have to go shopping

12oz bag fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup can pineapple (crushed)
8oz cream cheese, room temperature
buttery crackers

In a 2 quart baking dish, stir together cranberries and sugar. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove cover and stir to be sure cranberries have popped and released their juices. Add crushed pineapple and stir until well combined. Allow to cool to room temperature and place in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight. Spread cream cheese over bottom of a pie plate or 8x8 baking dish. Spoon cranberry mixture over cream cheese and spread out evenly.

So mom,I think about you everyday,I miss you everyday. It was really hard for me,to be by your side when you pass-way,I am glad I was there
I remember when I moved out,I called you everyday for something and to check in,I so miss those days.We talked for hours.I know when I was younger,I was a brat,But as I grew,I knew you were my best friend.
At times I did not tell you,But you were mom! I wished I had the chance to tell you.
I wished you were here to see your grandchildren grow,I understand that god needed you more. Rest in Peace mom I love you to the moon and back

southwest salsa chicken and ziti

This is a fast and easy recipe,,Good for all you working moms
southwest chicken and ziti with salsa
8oz of ziti
Tyson frozen breaded chicken patties
1/4 tablespoon chili powder
one jar salsa
four thin slices of pepper jack cheese
bunch of broccoli
cook the pasta, and broccoli together.meanwhile sprinkle the chicken patty with the chili powder,bake the chicken according to package.
take out chicken after it is done.and top with 2tablespoons of salsa.then put a slice of cheese on it.Then put it back in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted...drain ziti and broccoli.add the rest of the salsa heat thoroughly.serve chicken over pasta...It is half health!

Amish living

December 17, 2014 I am watching a show about the Amish.I am just intrigued by there way of living,Living off the land and no convince of modern day things'
I am sure it is hard work, cultivate the food cooking the food from starch,washing the clothes by hand But, there community is so close together, what I am understand there is a bishop that overs sees everyone Amish never get sick because they do not eat per-package good.They do not care what people think of them.They where the same clothing.because they make there own clothes.They do listen to the radio,but only the Christan channel..They do not have tv.I would love to visit Amish country someday
My journey of Rheumatoid Arthritis

December 17, 2014 How I was diagnose with RA my family doctor recommend me to a specialist such as an internist or Rheumatologist. A Rheumatologist is a doctor who specializes in arthritis and other diseases of the joint, bones and muscles.
Certain characteristics of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) will be looked for including swelling, warmth, and a limited range of motion in the joints throughout my body. I was asked about fatigue, stiffness in the joints in the morning and how long this lasts throughout the day.
My doctor recommend certain blood tests and x-rays.
One such blood test is looking for the Rheumatoid factor. An antibody generally present in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis which is a special protein made by the immune system that helps fight foreign substances in the body. This factor may indicate RA however is not present in all cases, and, occasionally is found present in someone who has no symptoms of RA.

Mom Amazing cabbage rolls over hauled

When I was a child my mom, made this Amazing stuffed cabbage rolls for Sunday dinner..How I love those cabbage I decide to make the cabbage rolls.Though I did not make them in to rolls.
instead I made them into a casserole it was easier and faster,and tasted the same but less work.
4 lb. ground turkey
Large head cabbage – chopped in 2 in. pieces
4 garlic cloves minced
6 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes
3 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
In a heavy pan brown ground turkey until cooked through.
. Drain grease and return to pan.
Add garlic and cook until tender.
Add tomatoes (undrained), tomato sauce, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine all ingredients.
Add chopped cabbage and stir to mix cabbage in.
Simmer on medium/high for 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
